Job Description:

The Client Support and QA Specialist will be responsible for visiting clients, understanding and documenting their issues, providing immediate support, and communicating with our development team to ensure timely resolution. Additionally, the role includes conducting thorough quality assurance and testing to ensure our software meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit clients to gather detailed information about their issues and needs.
  • Provide instant support and solutions to clients on-site.
  • Communicate client issues and feedback effectively to the development team.
  • Conduct comprehensive QA and testing of software applications to identify and resolve bugs and issues.
  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure software quality and performance.
  • Document and track issues and resolutions using project management tools.
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of software applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software QA and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a client support or QA role within the software industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using QA tools and software testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and project management tools.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
