Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Software Company, IT Enabled Service

Additional Requirements

  • BBA or MBA major in Human Resource Management (HRM) from a reputed university.
  • 1+ year of professional experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Females are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is a MUST.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to tackle new challenges, perform proactively, and take ownership.
  • A constant desire to grow, learn and explore new things.

As we expand our team, we are seeking a talented Junior HR & Admin Officer with a strong focus on recruitment to join us and play a pivotal role in our growth journey to oversee various human resources and administrative functions within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the on-boarding process for new hires.
  • Act as the point of contact among all the interviewer and interviewees.
  • Keep record for the referred candidates and arrange their interviews.
  • Sharing recruitment updates to the candidates including rejection email.
  • Coordinate and manage a wide range of employee engagement activities on a regular basis.
  • Manage information flow in a timely, and accurate manner to the respective people or channels.

  • Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files, recruitment files with confidentiality and security.
  • Provide support to other departments by coordinating the procurement of specialized equipment or materials as required.
  • Ensure efficient management of office inventory and keeping proper records, and other administrative necessities.
  • Fulfill any other tasks assigned by the Team Lead, HR & Admin Manager, Head of Department (HOD), or Management, and be prepared to provide reports as required at any time.
