Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management (HRM) from a reputed university Preference will be given to candidates with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management (HRM)

Experience

  • 1 to 2 years
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a reputed organization.
  • Freshers with a minimum CGPA of 3.40 are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

A reputed group of companies is looking for “Sr. Executive/Executive, HR” who is enthusiastic and dynamic. The “Sr. Executive/Executive, HR” will be responsible for managing employee engagement initiatives, training and development, employer branding, and day-to-day recruitment tasks. We are currently looking for a bright, motivated, and goal-oriented team member to join us in celebrating our accomplishments and supporting us to keep improving. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Manage employer branding activities to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with employees to identify training needs and develop strategies to address skill gaps.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and employee relations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote a positive work environment and ensure fairness and consistency.
