Job Objective:

As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our company’s success by overseeing all aspects of human resources management. Your primary objective will be to attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a positive work culture that aligns with our values.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-potential candidates.
  • Coordinate with universities, job fairs, and other channels to build a strong talent pipeline.

2. Employee Onboarding and Orientation:

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation sessions and necessary documentation.
  • Ensure new employees feel welcomed and integrated into the company culture from day one.

3. Performance Management:

  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and create tailored programs.

4. Employee Monitoring & Relations:

  • Serve as a mediator in resolving conflicts and grievances among employees, promoting a harmonious work environment.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and foster a sense of belonging.
  • Liaison between the top management and departmental heads and keeping up date information to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain and monitoring service staff activities like cleaners, Peon, Driver, Security & other non-management staff activities.
  • Manage HR and administrative departmental functions, including office timing, leave management, grievance management, and disciplinary functions.

5. HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and Implement Human Resources Management Strategies to achieve the goal and objectives.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Time-to-Fill Ratio: Measure the efficiency of recruitment processes by tracking the time taken to fill vacant positions.
  • Employee Turnover Rate: Monitor and reduce employee turnover through effective retention strategies.
  • Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training programs on employee performance and skill development.
  • Employee Satisfaction Survey Results: Regularly conduct surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback.
  • Compliance Adherence: Ensure full compliance with labor laws and regulations, with zero instances of non-compliance.
