Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement construction strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure objectives and KPIs for the construction department.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.
- Implement effective project management methodologies to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, clients to ensure project alignment and compliance.
- Monitor project costs, expenses, and financial performance to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project statuses, performance, and other relevant metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery.
