Additional Requirements

Collaborate with the merchandising and dyeing/knitting teams to understand fabric requirements and specifications for fabric development, sampling and bulk orders.
To achieve desired fabric characteristics and quality, candidates must have in-depth knowledge about various knitting / Dyeing process parameters, fabric structure etc.
Must have know-how on how to evaluate fabric swatches based on color consistency, hand feel, composition, shrinkage, durability, and other relevant parameters.
A strong technical knowledge of yarns, fabrics, print processes, knit construction, fabric finishes, washing techniques.
An analytical understanding of color is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and quality work as a team.
Prepare Dyeing plan and provide fabric delivery flow to merchandisers and planning department to achieve on time delivery.
Follow up Time & Action (TNA) with the factory to ensure timely fabric in-house.
Must have prepare report on production, maintenance, people, quality, safety, consumption, monthly stock, and production cost as assigned.
Must ensure fabric is in-housed on time to ensure on-time cutting and update quality and merchant team.
Must oversee fabric inspection report and ensure fabric match against approved parameters.
Any other relates job(s) as assign by the management time to time.
