Job Context:The School is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our leadership team as a Senior Section Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth operation and administrative functions across the School.
Job responsibilities:
- Promote high standards in all aspects of school life, particularly in student progress.
- Perform all duties in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and implement innovative instructional strategies and curricula.
- Review and update the curriculum for relevant trends and educational standards.
- Monitor and handle student progress and academic performance.
- Assist with the implementation of the First-Alert program (students on warning, probation).
- Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the students.
- Seek opportunities for inter-school collaboration and moderation.
- Liaise with peers and academic personnel to ensure smooth operations.
