Responsibilities & Context

A reputed company is seeking a capable Territory Sales Manager (Coffee) for building up the sales pipeline and ensuring sales targets are met for premium coffee beans imported from Italy. The ideal candidate must have experience in coffee sales and will be responsible for (including but not limited to):

  • Define each product’s vision and roadmap by collaborating with the Product Development team, Import and Marketing teams based on market research, user feedback and business needs.
  • Conduct regular market visits, generate new customers and retain existing customers to achieve predetermined sales targets and KPI.
  • Create market awareness about the company’s offered range of products and services.
  • Be responsible for creating and maintaining distribution operations including setting objectives, preparing action plans and implementing strategies to operate the distribution network and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market feedback reports.
  • Supervise timely order collection/receiving to ensure timely supply of goods according to the customer’s need, schedule and satisfaction.
  • Manage delivery and logistics operations including delivery channels, routes to ensure efficient and on-time product delivery.
  • Check the daily stock and availability of products as per the requirement.
  • Any relevant ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management
