Responsibilities & Context
- Planning, organizing, and preparing QC schedules to supervise team as well as maintaining the quality and reliability of products.
- Determining the causes of product defects that may be found. Then developing methods for reducing their occurrence.
- Responsible for overseeing all quality functions and activities within the department.
- Prepare factory for smooth 3rd party audit (FSC, Oeko-Tex, Mellow, TQP) as well as internal audit.
- Maintaining and ensuring continuous improvement by the implementation of Quality Management System.
- Monitoring the performance, aptness & accuracy of the work procedures and products through carrying out regular Process Audits.
- Overlook internal nonconformities, customer complaints & carry out statistical analysis on data collected. Ensure corrective action is taken by carrying out regular audits on CAP shared from relevant department.
- Visit customers whenever necessary to resolve quality issues.
- Ensuring quality products in all product line (Offset, PFL, HTL, RFID, Thermal, Woven, Flexo) through ensuring first print inspection and PDI with AQL-2.5
- Following up all internal and 3rd party lab tests and communicating, if necessary, with suppliers regarding quality/ technical issues.
- Reviewing monthly External & Internal customer complaint report for monthly Quality review meeting.
- Formulating several analytical reports monthly. Preparing documentation of test results and preparing the data in the form of different presentations (e.g. graph or chart, pareto analysis, fishbone diagram).
- Providing training on testing standards, procedures, and technical practices to QC Teams. Improving and inventing QC procedure, recommending corrective procedures.
- Troubleshooting and investigating RFID related issues faced by scanning tunnel and customer end.
- Working to establish proactive Assurance based Quality culture throughout the product lines.
