Additional Requirements
- At least 3-5 years related experience.
- Familiar with the BNBC-2020, including but not limited to ASCE-2005, ASCE-2010, AISC 360-05, AISC 341-05, AISC 358-05.
- Software knowledge and requirements (but not limited to): AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, Staad Pro, RAM Connection, RAM Element.
- Proficiency in RCC design work will be an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities:
- Build analytic and design skills under senior structural engineer.
- Create design, calculation, diagrams on analysis and design work.
- Responsible for the efficient and compliant delivery of structural design & reporting to the principal structural engineer.
- Coordinate across multidiscipline teams within the project to ensure the client’s requirements.
- Contribute to client liaisons in relation to day-to-day structural engineering issues and have responsibility of the structural design.
- Work with the architectural and MEP sub-consultants with a good understanding of MEP and architectural interface to structural design.
