Responsibilities & Context
- Mechanical work in section.
- Daily requisition of material & Arrange for delivery.
- Give completion entry of PR card. Follow up production and garbage.
- Damage snap follow up for process.
- Machine operation control & Machine setup.
- Delay & Remake maintain PR card receive, label attach & Sheet preparation.
- 5S & Safety control Raw & Sub-material FIFO maintain.
- Color check/Pass /Unlevel control KYT & Machine risk assessment.
- Supervise worker’s activity & Machine Maintenance, TPM
- Identify the safety risk of machine or materials and taken action.
- Willing to do OT & Shifting duty.
- Any other task assigned by the department manager.
