Location: Chattogram City, Bangladesh.

Responsibilities & Context:

The candidate should have Knit Garments experience only.
Must be an expert on Production Management.
Responsible for effective Production planning and efficient implementation.
Order status monitoring & responsible for achieve production.
Building relationship with Merchandising department, others department & production people for smooth operation.
Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for achieve target production.
Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
Manage all tasks for smooth production, final inspection pass, and on-time shipment.
Create highly motivated work force to achieve target.
Establish highest level of discipline in production floors.
Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine. Should have to able to ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all styles.
Communicate with top management directly when need any issues arise.
Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
