Requirements

Education

  • BBA/MBA/Graduation in HR/Management. Candidates having Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management will get preference.

Experience

  • At least 7 years

Additional Requirements

  • Sound knowledge in Bangladesh Labour Act and Labour rules;
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Capable in planning, organizing, prioritizing and coordinating work in a fast-changing environment;
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills;
  • Strong analytical and communication ability.
  • Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data.
  • Good knowledge in Computer specially in ERP, MS Office, Internet etc.
  • Good command in Bengali and English.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
  • High level of professional integrity.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure availability of required number of Manpower and assist in effective man management;
  • Derive recruitment, selection, new employee onboarding and confirmation process.
  • Communicate HR policies to employees and ensure understanding and adherence.
  • Supervise the record keeping of employee information related to payroll;
  • Maintaining appropriate confidentiality of employee information;
  • Ensure timely payroll processing;
  • Support to set KPI, target, develop measures, follow up & administer the systems to shape performance of individual/group in close coordination with HODs;
  • Prepare annual merit/special merit increase as policy recommended;
  • ix. Quick disposal of employee grievances and ensure timely handling to keep complaint at minimum level;
  • Complete the final Settlement within the agreed timeframe, after getting the approval;
  • Promote awareness and acceptance of the Change Management process;
  • Ensure timely achieving & renewal of all Certificates that are required for Factory Operation;ยท
  • Ensure that related legal requirements are fulfilled in HR operations to avoid unusual situations;
  • Liaison with labor suppliers, different Govt. & Regulatory bodies and/or corporate bodies;
  • Face the certification audit, obtained certificate and face other surveillance audits
  • Handle regular HR operations along with periodic and special assignments
