Responsibilities & Context
Resource Development Foundation (RDF) is one of the largest nationwide development organizations (NGO) in Bangladesh. The organization is going to implement from June 2024 to March 2026 “Fight Slavery and Trafficking-In-Persons (FSTIP) Activity’ funded by USAID. The “Fight Slavery and Trafficking-In-Persons (FSTIP) Activity’ project will be implemented in 15 (Fifteen) Upazila under Chattogram, Cumilla, Cox’s Bazar, Bagerhat and Satkhira District in partnership with Winrock International. To implement the project, RDF invites applications from the competent and qualified persons for this positions.
The Monitoring Evolution Accountability and Learning MEAL officer will be responsible for executing the M&E framework and tools to monitor the project’s result chain. The incumbent will also be responsible for validating monitoring data, preparing periodical narrative and formative reports and providing supports to the central M&E team in Winrock International Bangladesh during annual outcome monitoring
Major Deliverables:
- Analyze monitoring data prepare reports and taken necessary measures to minimize the gaps.capacity building of the staff to apply the monitoring system.
- Introduced monitoring tools, regular follow up the progress & accordingly guide the field staff.
- Responsible for communication, documentation, and any emergency issues.
- Collect data from filed level activities and documentation of success story stories.
- Implement Developed MIS system of FSTIP.
- Verifying the field- level data for preparing progress reports.
- Preparing periodical narrative and formative report in time.
- Share findings reports to the concerned authority.
- Maintain coordination with M&E focal of Winrock International for quality MIS of the FSTIP Activity
- Support the process of baseline, midline, and end- line surveys.
- Any other job assigned by the management.
- Report to Project Manager
