Responsibilities & Context

We are looking to get application from potential candidates to recruit under commercial team. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining documentation related to export & import. You may apply, if you are organized with strong attention to details; have a can-do attitude happy to learn new skills and great communication skills with professional etiquette.

Preparing Sales Contract for Buyer H&M
Checking the HS code and other details of the Sales Contract
Collecting shipment plans from the respective merchandiser
Collecting packing list from factory concern and prepare export documents for Buyer
Collecting booking approval and after final inspection ensure goods delivery to CTG from the concerned factory
Submitting export invoice and packing list in buyer online portal and Create Export invoice within the same day of goods Ex-factory and send information to Accounts dept.
Collecting Shipment advice from Forwarder and Customs documents from C&F
Collecting original B/L from forwarder and submit discount documents and payment documents to bank
Keeping Customs-related documents and Files to Customs-related Commercial persons for Audit purposes
