Responsibilities & Context
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Risk assessment.
- Audit planning and programming.
- Process review and reengineering.
- Review of policies, PPGs and determining the adequacy and effectiveness.
- Follow-up of observations & responses, compliance issues.
- Conducting branch and divisional audit AML CFT audit, ISMS audit etc.
- Client visit/Surprise audit/Review of lease-loan file.
- Imparting training on compliance/operational issues.
- Conducting audit on operational and financial statements of capital market
- intermediaries.
- Accuracy of disclosure of financial information in compliance with laws and
- regulations.
