We are a 100% export oriented Manufacturer, looking for dynamic and highly professional persons for the post of “Incharge, Finishing”.
Responsibilities
- knowledge on Sweater & T shirt
- Overseeing the finishing department’s operations and maintaining accountability for output, standard, and timely delivery.
- Supervise the completion of production schedules to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Verify that the final products and raw materials consistently satisfy the needs of the client.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace.
- Control over finishing tasks and the capacity to manage finishing workers.
- Effective production leadership combined with problem-solving abilities.
- Work together with the buyer representative and the team to arrange an inspection that happens on schedule.
- Keep an eye on the finishing-related procedure to ensure that the cargo leaves on schedule.
- Received the accessories from store for folding & packing activities.
- Daily goal monitoring is required.
- Any responsibilities that belong to someone else designated by the administration.
