Responsibilities & Context

• Leadership quality to monitor line manager strictly.
• Have to achieve pre-fixed target monthly/quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly
• Follow up with clients and project visits.
• Prepare Monthly / quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly sales & collection plan/ budget for the region.
• Responsible for achieving individual’s monthly/yearly sales target.
• To develop sales plans and budgets to achieve the monthly/yearly sales targets.
• To plan & ensure high product visibility in the market and minimize market gap.
• To motivate & train up the sales personnel to achieve the goal of the organization.
• To manage sales personnel in a professional way and be responsible for the Sales team’s activities.
• Arranging market development programs to boost up relations and sales.
