- To have experience of teaching IGCSE/O Level and A level students and examinees
- To have expert knowledge of the Cambridge Curriculum and the subject area
- To plan and prepare lesson plans appropriately the assigned subjects

- To demonstrate competence in classroom instruction
- To implement the designated curriculum completely and in due time
