Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) in finance (preferably Accounting) from an accredited four-year college or university.
Essential to be a Certified Public Accountant, Holder of CMA, CFA, CPA, CIA, ACCA (Please Refrain to Apply if not have)

Experience

15 to 20 years

Gas, Filling Station, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

Additional Requirements

Must have 15+ years of experience in the area of finance which pertains to Accounting, Audit, Planning & Analysis Operations in Multinational Companies in/Outside Bangladesh or Reputed Bangladeshi Companies with Yearly Turnover of More than 1000+ Crore.
Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)Successful Experience in Arrange Syndicated Loans , Equity arrangement for Mega Projects with Local and Foreign Financers , Generate Revenues with different financing models.
Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret various metrics, financial reports, and legal documents.
Have the ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Must be highly skilled in communicating via written and verbal formats.
It’s important to be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
You must be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
Must be capable of operating in a highly confidential environment.
Strong interpersonal skills are needed to deal with a variety of situations.
Excellent English Language is a Must , any additional languages is preferable.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context :

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for taking on a leadership role in financial decision-making that affects our company, and will provide strategic financial input to senior management and design and implement the revenue generation of the company in regular and exceptional methods. While keenly overseeing the overall accounting process, the successful CFO will play a key role in developing and implementing financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of our firm.

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for the development, maintenance, and documentation of the Accounting System of Internal Control Plans, coordinates, and executes an efficient accounting and financial reporting system.
Responsible for all regulatory compliance related to Accounting System of Internal Controls as required by, among other agencies and governing bodies Creates and maintains a periodic, quality internal reporting process to be used by Company Management for purposes of analyzing results of operations and making business and operating decisions about the direction of the Company Brings plans for operating efficiency to the attention of Management and assists in implementation of developed processes Responsible for the annual Company Budget and Capital Plan, inclusive of planning, executing and reporting on the variances from actual operating results.
Responsible of arranging the yearly funding plan that includes arrange Funds for the company expansion activities by bank finance, Unique Methods to generate Funds with different financial Options with multiple tools that includes but not limited to raise Preferential Shares, finance Options /Swaps, Arrange Syndicated Loans, Raise Fund through IPO and Non-IPO strategies, etc.
Revenue Generation planning and implementation with continuous follow up and proper assignment to support company growth.
Responsible for developing and maintaining a qualified staff that has the capabilities of executing the required actions necessary for complying with all Financial Reporting and Accounting Internal Controls as outlined by the Company
Continuously maintain knowledge and understanding of rules and regulations as promulgated by, among other governing bodies, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Internal Revenue Service.
Supporting strategy development and helping enable its execution.
The CFO also plays a role in prioritizing and ensuring the strategy can be funded
