This is a target driven position, Must have positive mindset as well as mentality to work hard to reach the goal.
Forecast sales target and develop business plan as per regional potential
Prospect and identify potential customers in the target market.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
Provide accurate and detailed information about various Laboratory/Hospital Medical Equipment.
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.
Generate sales reports, referrals and provide feedback to the line manager.
Build and maintain a database of customer contacts for future sales opportunities.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions & Expo promotional events to promote the company’s New products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
Maintain awareness of pricing and product availability.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Team Management Any other task assigned by the management.
Regular arrangement of seminars, workshops, round table meetings & visit stake holders and target segments such as Hospitals Government and Private, Diagnostic Centers, Potential Doctors, Local Health NGO center & Pharmacy.
