Additional Requirements

Successfully completed Bachelor’s degree on mechanical engineering / industrial mechanic

Minimum 5 years of experience in an international service desirable

High level of technical understanding and analytical thinking skills

Safe handling of MS Office, Outlook, SAP and other internet programs

High degree of self-organization

High willingness to travel for international assignments

Good written and spoken English knowledge

Internal and external technical support with a focus on Industrial sewing machines
Independent fault analysis and elimination of the causes
Technical clarification and contact person for the service hotline
Project-related cooperation in the development and maintenance
Support of product development and product maintenance
Customer support in application questions
Execution of worldwide service assignments
