Responsibilities & Context
Concerned Women for Family Development (CWFD) emerged from an emotional response in 1976 to help women in need of reproductive health care and counseling. Then it became an organization and being implemented various projects with support from different development partners in many areas. Its vision is to empower women, youths and adolescents to achieve gender equality and social justice within family and society. The CWFD’s mission is to support promote and protect interest of women in Bangladesh by providing community based health care, empower under privileged adolescent and youth, helping to provide legal support to girls and women- who are victims of domestic violence and develop human resources for positive social changes.
Saleha Khanam Nibedita (SKN) Maternal and Child Health Clinic began its Journey in January 2023. It was previously known as “Nibedita Clinic” which was established in 2004. It is an outdoor based clinic in residential area, providing essential service for the underprivileged population in his once.
Job Responsibility and Tasks:
- Patient preparation
- Specimen collection
- Labeling of specimen
- Specimen storage
- Specimen transportation
- Specimen testing as per SOP
- Maintaining equipment and reagents
- Reporting routine and urgent tests and delivery of reports
- Recording and storing of laboratory data
- Maintaining health and safety regulations – infection prevention and waste disposal practices
- Indenting for office supplies, lab-ware and consumables
- Organization of reporting and recording
- Reporting and interpretation of results
- Follow and maintain all Experiences of NTP
- Must oblige by MCP, TIAHRT and Helms policy and maintain it strictly
- Carry out other related duties as and when assigned by the Clinic Manager, Medical Officer and Medical Assistant.
Compensation & Other Benefits
Selected candidate will be offered BDT 18,000/- Per month including all other benefits with other benefit as per organization policy.
