Responsibilities & Context
- Considering business requirements and home & abroad stakeholder’s expectations, develop project plan to implement ERP software within deadline.
- Ensure end to end project management – project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.
- Lead the ERP implementation team and ensure develop and train-up the team.
- Plan, conduct and supervise financial & operational ERP team to implement SAP to protect the company’s internal and assure the safeguard the assets uninterrupted operation.
- Driving accountability and continual service improvements – reviewing support practices, performing trend analysis on key financial & operational metrics, ensuring a high focus on end-to-end project delivery.
- Drive periodic project reviews and provide feedback to the software developer.
- Escalating project issues to the senior management if required.
- Collaborating effectively with internal & external stakeholders thus project deliverables are completed within deadline.
- Coordinate with all departments and stakeholders to achieve the goal.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
