Additional Requirements

Ability to speak in Bangla, English, and Cox’s Bazar local language (written/verbal)

Ability to work under limited supervision.

Good report writing ability.
Computer skills.
Capable to design, drawing and estimate Water and Sanitation infrastructures independently.
Experience in preparing project work plan and budget; and implementing projects through partner NGOs.
Working skills in CAD (AutoCAD 2D/3D or similar) is a must.

Carry out the duties and responsibilities to ensure effective implementation of WASH interventions maintaining the highest possible level of standards and quality by ensuring necessary support to the project and utilizing resources for implementation.
Assist the project management in overall planning, budgeting, implementation, and monitoring of the project activities.
Responsible for feasibility survey, design, prepare the estimation of quantities and cost detailed drawings and other necessary documents of WASH interventions.
Overall implementation and management of the assigned projects within the constraints of the projects along with managing and directing the resources with fullest efficiency & stewardship to best meet of the project objectives.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate effective new ideas and innovative strategies for WASH program development or partnership opportunities in alignment with the organization’s strategy and standards.
Ensure that WASH expenditures and budgets are well-monitored, and activities are implemented and completed within budget and on schedule.

Cox’s Bazar (Teknaf)

Implementation of Climate Resilient WASH in Teknaf, Cox’s Bazar District.

The duration of the contract will be until June 22, 2026.
