Requirements

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership:
- Lead and supervise a team of electromechanical technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Schedule and assign work to team members, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, or disciplinary measures.
System Maintenance and Repair:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of automated electromechanical systems, including PLCs, robotics, conveyors, and other automation equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Installation and Commissioning:
- Supervise the installation and commissioning of new automation systems and equipment.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct system tests and inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with relevant safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and technological advancements.
Technical Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, system performance, and equipment inventory.
- Prepare detailed reports on system status, maintenance activities, and project progress.
- Develop and update technical manuals, procedures, and training materials.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in system operations and maintenance.
- Lead initiatives to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and safety.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement new technologies and solutions.
