• Strong problem solving skills and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences

Responsibilities & Context

As a UI/UX Designer at SparkTech, you will be responsible for:

1. User Research & Analysis

• Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Analyze and synthesize research findings to inform design decisions.

2. Wireframing & Prototyping

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate design solutions.

3. Visual Design

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are both functional and visually appealing.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design standards.

4. Interaction Design

• Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications.
• Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.5. Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals.
• Present and defend design decisions to peers and stakeholders.

6. Usability Testing & Iteration

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve and iterate on designs.
• Implement user feedback and data
• driven design changes.

7. Stay Updated with Industry Trends

• Stay abreast of the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.
