Responsibilities & Context
As a UI/UX Designer at SparkTech, you will be responsible for:
1. User Research & Analysis
- Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Analyze and synthesize research findings to inform design decisions.
2. Wireframing & Prototyping
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate design solutions.
3. Visual Design
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are both functional and visually appealing.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design standards.
4. Interaction Design
- Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications.
- Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.5. Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals.
- Present and defend design decisions to peers and stakeholders.
6. Usability Testing & Iteration
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve and iterate on designs.
- Implement user feedback and data
- driven design changes.
7. Stay Updated with Industry Trends
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.
