The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Steel

To receive Proforma Invoice (PI) from Purchase Department.

To check PI based on check list, identify proper HS Code for each and individual item.

To send correct PI to BANK with necessary documents for LC establishment.

To collect marine cover note from insurance.Collect LC draft, share with supplier, get supplier confirmation on draft before releasing final LC.

To collect LC ack copy from bank and send to supplier.

To ensure that LC has been reached to beneficiary bank.

Tp follow up shipment, collect copy documents, advice correction if needed.

To follow up pipe line materials to ensure on-time delivery.

To collect original documents from Bank or endorse copy documents from Bank to release cargo.

To hand over documents to C&F agent and release cargo with in free time.

To follow up C&F, Customs officials for releasing cargoes smoothly.

To schedule logistics for carrying cargo from Port to Factory and Inform store about incoming cargoes.

To arrange to release supplier payment following company policy and share payment SWIFT to supplier.

To liason with CCI&E, Banks, BIDA, BOI, Customs, C&F etc.

To settle supplier bills / claims, follow up accounts for timely payment.

To update all registers, prepare different types of reports/statements to meet the queries of management.

Day to day activities as per instruction of department head.
