Role Description

  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of sales strategies to effectively reach company targets.
  • Keep a close eye on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.
  • Create tailored promotional plans and activities for modern trade channels to drive sales growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with retail partners to ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • Skillfully negotiate terms of trade, including pricing, promotions, and shelf space agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to assess performance against targets and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver insightful sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Implement proactive measures to address any sales shortfalls and drive improvements.
  • Foster collaboration with the sales team to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to merchandising standards and gather valuable market insights.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to effectively implement in-store promotions and activations.
  • Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to incorporate customer insights into new product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and cultivate positive client relationships.
  • Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
