JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set effective strategy to achieve Prescription & Sales target.
- Evaluate the performance of the team regularly, provide motivation & support them to increase productivity & achieve target.
- Establish good rapport with Key Opinion Leaders.
- Update on competitors’ activities & implement effective strategy to gain maximum market share.
- Report to the management as per prescribed format in a regular & timely fashion.
- Presentation on Monthly & Quarterly Performance of the team with proposed strategy to achieve the target.
