Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for candidate who has expertise on below
- Knit Garment Product Manufacturing Process study
- Analyse Sewing Line Layout and Calculate SMV, CM
- Prepare Weekly, Monthly Effective Production Planning by coordinating with Merchandising and other departments and Follow up
- Report to Top Management regarding Production Planning
- Follow Up Supply Chain/Material input into the sewing lines
- Able to find out bottlenecks in Sewing line and Plan Solution
- Prepare Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Process Planning
- Follow up TNA, Order Status Follow up
- Evaluating Sewing Line Efficiency
- Able to prepare budget for sewing lines
- Reduce Wastage in sewing lines
