- Experience in Marketing & Sales in relevant fields Sound knowledge of Agro-based firms (incl. Agro Processing/ Seed/ GM) Valid driver’s license for motorbike riding and a clean driving record
Responsibilities & Context
- Monitor cattle feed sales and collect dealer status
- Deliver and report daily sales information/forecast to respective supervisor/sales coordinator
- Dealer development & improvement in dealer profiles
- Identify Gap Market area & inform to the supervisor
- Identify & map all farmers, dealers and ensure after sales service (dealer & farmer)
- Build up strong relationship with prime customer & handling customer feedback including feed
- Give “FEEDBACK” to the supervisor about the present/future scenario of the market
- Monthly feed performance report sends to HO
- Marketing Activity SGM, Seminar with farmers, retailor meeting, Multimedia projector showing activity
- Farm trial to be recorded & report need to be submitted to supervisor regularly for Cattle
- Develop communication with logistics/ depot personnel for smooth dispatch
