Responsibilities & Context
- Plan, coordinate, and execute construction, renovation, and maintenance projects for the manufacturing facilities, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the structural integrity of buildings, floors, and other infrastructure components. Address and rectify any structural issues promptly.
- Implement safety protocols and measures to maintain a secure working environment at the site.
- Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and suppliers, overseeing their work to meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including drawings, specifications, and relevant documentation. Prepare reports and updates for management.
- MS Office like Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. knowledge is must needed.
- Knowledge of Auto-CAD will be a priority for the applicant.
- Coordinate any kinds of billing issues like submission, collection & banking.
- Project may be anywhere in Bangladesh. The Candidate have a Positive attitude to go anywhere in BD for project purposes.
