Responsibilities & Context
- Plan & Execute total 3 production units, 91 lines (2.7 Million pcs per month) using “Fast React” Planning tool.
- Maintain $17 million FOB cash flow per month as a target from management.
- Focus and Achieve 98.8% OTD.
- Reach 100.6% order to ship as a whole group and factory highest as 102.6%.
- Plan to maintain 98% cut to ship ratio.
- Initiate, drove and achieved the record amount earning with the help of the management and production unit heads.
- Analyze backlog, detect problems and raise alerts to the organization or respective team.
- Ensure the garment raw material delivery as planned.
- Look for continuous improvement to increase efficiency and earning along with the factory management and implement the agreed steps.
