We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our flagship showroom, the concept store in Gulshan 2 area, specializing in high-end home appliances and consumer electronics. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a deep understanding of the luxury retail market. This role demands a commitment to excellence in customer experience, aligning with international standards, and driving showroom performance to new heights.
Job Description:
- Oversee the daily operations of the flagship showroom, the Concept Store ensuring a seamless and luxurious customer experience.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates and support staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure all customers receive exceptional service that meets and exceeds international luxury retail standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and logistics to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Manage credit operations, ensuring adherence to company credit policies and procedures.
- Take ownership of hire purchase agreements, overseeing the timely collection of payments.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive showroom performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders and high-end customers.
- Maintain an immaculate and visually appealing showroom that reflects the luxury status of the brand.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to implement effective promotional activities and displays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
