Job Location: Gulshan Badda Link Road, Dhaka.
- Lead the development of IELTS/PTE, managing the strategy and development roadmap in conjunction with the development team.
- Teaching and training IELTS and PTE students including preparing classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, and classroom management for a new English Language Training tutorial center.
- Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises.
- Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students.
- Prompt and comprehensive attention to student work submitted for marking and supervision.
- Recruitment of part-time IELTS and PTE trainers when necessary.
- Participate and promote IELTS/PTE services in company seminars, events, and study abroad expos.
- Generating monthly revenue reports and achieving quarterly and annual KPI targets.
- Pioneering referral bonus policy for student referrals for internal employees and converted leads.
- Offering free courses and special discounts to converted leads for study abroad departments
