Requirements

Education

Responsibilities & Context

Saic Group has already established a remarkable position in technical education, vocational education, short courses, long courses, various soft skills, and hard skill training in Dhaka, Mymensingh, Bogra, Dinajpur, and Jamalpur. Now we are looking for few Lead Trainer or Co-Trainer for various short course ( Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Welding, Mobile Phone servicing, Motor Driving, sewing Matchine Operation, Food and Beverage Service, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, EIM, General Caregiving, Plumbing, Masonary, Beauty Care, IT Support) in Dhaka, Mymensingh and Dinajpur.

  • To assist in carrying out the purpose, vision, values, and goals of SPTC and, if necessary, to produce new strategy papers.
  • To provide excellent skill instruction in accordance with recognized curriculum.
  • To create lesson and session plans that are in line with competence standards and curriculum for efficient training§
  • To carry out theory and practical instruction in compliance with authorized curriculum.
  • To guarantee that every student adheres to the curriculum in the relevant field of study.
  • In order to ensure social inclusion during the trainee selection process and to mobilize a specific number of trainees for both fee-based and free services, it is required to assist the social inclusion team.
  • To provide an example and offer advice on how to improve morality, social values, harmony, the idea of social justice, respect for diversity, equity, and equality, decency toward others, nationalism, environmental preservation, responsible citizenship, and leadership.
  • To help pupils realize their inner potential, cultivate their skills by fostering an atmosphere that supports their progress.
  • To maintain all electronic and hardcopy documents (e.g. admission register, attendance register, student’s diary, students’ personal files, lesson plans, lecture sheets, progress reports etc.) relevant to the job.
  • To ensure at least 90% students’ attendance rate through attractive, enjoyable, participatory, child friendly and inclusive teaching and training.
  • To give special attention to Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and students from other disadvantaged groups and ensure they are provided necessary support to achieve expected learning outcomes.
  • To develop teaching-learning materials as per curricula and standards.§
  • To ensure implementation of competency-based training and assessment.
  • To support implementation of RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) assessment.
  • To conduct ICT aided skills training through developing and collecting of required materials.
  • Must keep up with all relevant paper and electronic records (such as progress reports, lesson plans, lecture notes, student diaries, personal files, and admission and attendance records) for the position.
  • To guarantee a minimum of 90% student attendance by means of engaging, entertaining, interactive, inclusive, and child-friendly instruction and training.
  • To guarantee that students from various disadvantaged groups and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) receive the extra attention and assistance they need to meet learning objectives.
  • To create instructional materials in accordance with standards and curriculum.
  • To guarantee competency-based training and evaluation implementation.
  • To aid in the RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) assessment’s implementation.
  • To create and gather the necessary resources in order to deliver training on ICT-assisted skills.
  • In order to guarantee that occupational health and safety regulations are comprehended and followed, it is imperative that all students wear occupation-specific PPE appropriately throughout training workshops and that the required behavioral and attitude adjustments are made with regard to decent work.
  • To keep the Center’s grounds, including the workshop, safe and healthy.
  • To guarantee the appropriate documentation, upkeep, and storage of workshop furnishings, supplies, and equipment.
  • To take part in staff development initiatives, proactively identify potentials and gaps, and engage in the performance management process.
  • To guarantee the upkeep of the program database, trainee monitoring system, and timely reporting.
  • To correctly examine the assessment sheet and administer the students’ formative and summative assessments.
  • To regularly assess each response script and give the supervisor a report on the training’s progress.
  • To recognize the underachievers and provide the support they need to meet the requisite competence standards.
  • To build and preserve an honest, respectful, and productive connection with kids.
  • To uphold order in the classroom and across the Center, and to take the appropriate measures in this regard.
  • To provide a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for students from low-income backgrounds or with any kind of disability.
  • To help in guaranteeing timeliness and quality of data in ERP system.
  • To assist the SPTC Head Office staff in creating and reviewing materials and courses.
  • To assist in the Centers’ budget preparation and guarantee its successful and efficient execution.
