Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Social Science (BSS), Master of Social Science (MSS)
- Postgraduate/Graduate in Music and Theatre Art, Mass-communication and Journalism, Social Science, or any other relevant discipline from a reputed institution.
Experience
- At least 5 years
Additional Requirements

- Minimum Five (5) to Eight (8) years’ of practical experience in leading managing development project focusing on awareness and preventions;
- Having extensive knowledge and skills in Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks of development organizations;
- Experience with development of awareness massages and tools on anti-human-trafficking and safe migration related issues;
- Experience with the detailed documentation of providing social and economic support-services to trafficking survivors or vulnerable and at-risk groups, and detailed reporting mechanisms;
- Demonstrate positive attitude and sensitivity to support vulnerable and at-risk groups, and communities;
- Strong understanding of gender and diversity issues;
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills in English and Bangla; and
- Basic computer proficiency: i.e. MS Office, database management, coordination via email, project-specific management information systems, etc.

Responsibilities & Context
- Plan, implement, supervise, manage and coordinate all components of the project to achieve the project objectives and results.
- Coordinate all project activities and be the main contact point for the FSTIP project.
- Ensure programme management and financial management collaboratively and in compliance with accepted standards.
- Ensure functionalization of Shelter Home effectively in collaboration of Shelter Home Staffs.
- Develop and maintain connection with ANIRBAN, PLs, CTCs and other platform, networks works on Human Trafficking issues across 7 districts to implement the project activities.
- Maintain liaison with different stakeholders like MoEWOE, MoHA, BEMT, civil aviation/ airport officials along with other relevant national, district and upazila level and other authorities working in the migration field.
- Oversee the execution of FSTIP project activities with field visit to ensure the quality of field programmes.
- Support in developing and implementing outreach activities, including, innovative SBCC campaign to ensure maximum outreach and awareness of the program among migrants.
- Responsible for submitting periodical / activity reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on regular basis to implementation organizations management and FSTIP project in coronation with other project staff.
- Support in developing training curriculam and guidelines for counseling and coordinate the psychosocial counseling.
- Troubleshoot project problems, launch initiatives to reduce operational costs and defects, identify and implement creative solution for smooth project management.
- Responsible for project planning, monitoring, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes etc.
- Organise consultation, workshop, training and any other programmes of the project.
- Responsible for communication with donor.
- Attend various meetings at the district/upazila level regularly.
- Any other related task assigned by RMMRU authority
