Responsibilities & Context
- Following and enforcing the company’s policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify staffing needs and participate in the hiring process for factory positions.
- Develop and maintain effective onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated into the workforce smoothly.
- Act as a point of contact for all employee-related issues and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
- Address and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.
- Stay updated on labor law changes and proactively implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
- Implement performance evaluation processes, provide feedback to employees, and work with managers to develop performance improvement plans.
- Drive performance management initiatives to enhance employee productivity and job satisfaction.
- Identify training needs within the factory and design training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Support career development and succession planning for factory employees.
- Collaborate with safety officers to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures and conduct safety audits and training as necessary.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist employees with benefit inquiries and claims.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Generate HR reports and analyze HR metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Leading Recruitment Activities: Responsible for the recruitment and selection process for Staff and Line operators.
- Responsible for the attendance statistics of all employees, abnormal attendance handling and Leave application approval.
- Responsible for monthly OT data collection and review of various departments, for providing basic data for salary calculation.
- Any other task given by the authority.
