JOB SUMMARY:
- Shopno Real Estate is seeking dynamic and experienced individuals for the position of Executive / Senior Executive – Direct Sales (Apartment/Rental). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate direct sales with a proven track record. This role requires a proactive and hardworking individual who can generate sales independently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate sales for apartments and rental properties through direct sales activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
