Responsibilities & Context
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive the growth of ERP solutions.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and business channels.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and revenue goals.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Provide insights and recommendations for product development and enhancement based on market analysis.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify, engage, and secure new clients for ERP solutions through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing, product development, and technical teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments to support the successful implementation of ERP projects.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management.
