TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieve sales targets
Preparing detailed Marketing Plan (including volume budget, revenue budget, and item wise budget
Make detailed plans to achieve target with the help of management / supervisor
Give focus to skills development, motivate, & train the team members
Make detail plans for all H.Q (areas) and implement them
Dealer development & improvement in dealer profiles
After sales services (dealer & farm visit)
Customer complain handling
Improve the skills of respective team through direct helping/counselling and working with them
Set up detailed plan to achieve target with the help of Management
Having clear idea about the company, its objective, short term & long term targets
Give “FEEDBACK “to the supervisor / management about the present/future scenario of the market
Observe the competitors and Plan to be updated and act accordingly
Confirm all payment to the company
Reporting to respective supervisor on various financial and non-financial activities
