Education
B.Sc. in Renewable Energy/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering with Renewable sufficient Energy training.
Experience

Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 40 years
Minimum 10 years of experience in implementation of renewable energy/solar systems project
Work experience in the camp areas will be given preference
Must have work experience in the operation and maintenance (O&M) of solar PV system (nano-grid and mini-grid)
Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience in supervising renewable energy/solar systems project particularly in camp context.
Responsibilities & Context
Lead the team and overall implementation process of O&M activities for lightning arresters, streetlights and non-grid connected households (HHs).
Provide technical direction and support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, and performance monitoring.
Prepare O&M manuals for specified facilities and submit to ADB for prior approval.
Lead community engagement process to establish community-based O&M for lightning arresters, streetlights and nano-grids.
Establish and operationalize a one-stop service center for rapid complaint management and service delivery.
Ensure inspection and maintenance of system wiring and HHs connections.
Ensure inspection and maintenance of earthing and lightning protection.
Conduct battery load test and maintain water level.
Ensure timely inspection and maintenance of inverters and charge controller, and solar arrays.
