- Proven experience in graphic design, videography, and video editing, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency, or in-house marketing team.
- Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video production projects, including digital assets, promotional videos, product demos, testimonials, interviews, and social media videos.
- Creative thinking, storytelling abilities, and visual storytelling skills to conceptualize and execute compelling visual and video content that effectively communicates key messages and engages target audiences.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver design and video projects on time and within budget.
- Attention to detail and quality, with the ability to maintain high standards of design and video production.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and communicate design and video concepts and ideas to non-design stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Fluency in both English and Bengali languages.

Job Context
We are seeking talented and creative individuals to join our Digital Marketing Team as a Motion Graphic Designer/Video Editor. The Motion Graphic Designer/Video Editor will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and editing visual assets for various digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email, advertising, and promotional materials, to enhance brand identity and engage audiences effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce visually appealing and impactful digital assets, including graphics, illustrations, photographs, and videos, aligned with Sentry Security Services Limited’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Capture, edit, and post-produce high-quality video footage using professional-grade cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices, both in-studio and on-location, to create engaging and visually appealing video content.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, content, and product teams, to understand project objectives, key messages, and brand identity, and translate them into compelling visual stories.
- Direct talent, including actors, presenters, and interviewees, to convey key messages and evoke desired emotions and actions in video content.
- Edit video footage using video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Deviance Resolve, to create polished and professional videos that meet project requirements and brand standards.
- Enhance video content with motion graphics, visual effects, sound design, and music to create engaging and impactful storytelling experiences.
- Design and produce graphic assets for digital marketing channels, including website graphics, social media posts, email templates, digital ads, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Optimize visual content for various digital channels and platforms, ensuring compatibility, quality, and performance, and incorporating SEO and user experience best practices.
- Stay updated on design and video production trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital design, video editing, and storytelling, and incorporate insights into projects and initiatives.
- Manage multiple design and video production projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
