Responsibilities & Context
Modify, estimate, install, and commission the electrical system of the cylinder plant.
Oversee and monitor utility machines to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of gas generators, diesel generators, electric and exhaust chillers, air compressors, WTP, CT, RO, and other auxiliary systems.
Supervise and carry out all electrical maintenance, including 11.0/0.415 KV substations, MV/LV switchgear, and plant operation machines.
Work with specialist equipment such as PLCs and HMIs.
Communicate with LTM to mitigate critical troubleshooting related to machine functions by the manufacturer.
Ensure proper preventive maintenance and immediate response to breakdown maintenance with proper documents.
Ensure the availability of local and imported spare parts for operations and utility machinery.
Preparing specifications for the purchase of electrical equipment and materials.
Coordinating and liaising with other engineering, SCM, and operation departments.
