Responsibilities & Context
- Achieve daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
- Prepare and implement the strategic plan to ensure sales growth.
- Visit distributor points regularly to check stock with software.
- Assess sales performance according to KPIs.
- Monitor competitor’s activities and report to the Management.
- Work closely with Marketing Officers in the market.
- Find out outlets and markets that are out of coverage and ensure 100% coverage in the territory.
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer and customer research.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to the management.
