- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share.
- Lead, monitor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and drive sales growth.
- Prepare organization development plan & budget.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and competitor activities for management review.
- Stay updated on competitor strategies and market dynamics to make informed business decisions.
