Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist in executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the company’s software, hardware, system integration, and cyber security solutions.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting sales proposals and quotations to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of the company’s products and services.
  • Participate in sales negotiations and help close sales contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, post-sales, and commercial teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Assist in reporting on sales activities, revenue growth, and customer feedback to senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments, providing relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain good relationships with OEMs such as Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Dell, Red Hat, Trend Micro, Arcon, Fortinet, Tenable, Manage Engine, and Huawei.
