Responsibilities & Context

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

Ensure a smooth and welcoming induction process for new hires.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.

Prepare and process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.

Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and other perks.

Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.

Manage and oversee the water taxi waybill system.

Conduct regular inspections of all jetty ghats to ensure proper maintenance and safety.

Monitor and verify attendance records of both boat and restaurant staff.

Inspect all small and large boats to ensure they are in good working condition.

Report any issues with boat/ restaurants to the appropriate authorities.

Collect and compile reports from both restaurant and boat sectors.

Submit detailed reports to the relevant authorities.

Conduct regular checks on fire safety equipment and procedures.

Respond promptly to emergencies and communicate with department heads as needed.

Ensure all activities are in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Demonstrate excellent command of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Exhibit very fast typing speed in Bangla & English for efficient communication and documentation.
