Responsibilities & Context

Academic Leadership:
Ensure the college meets accreditation standards and educational requirements for nursing programs.
Oversee curriculum development and implementation, ensuring it reflects current best practices.
Lead faculty development initiatives to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Facilitate continuous improvement of academic programs through assessment and evaluation.
Student Affairs:
Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student success, academic achievement, and professional development.
Establish and enforce student conduct policies.
Oversee student support services, such as academic advising and counseling.
Faculty and Staff Management:
Participate job interview for hire staff
Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
Always check job of staff JD, SOP, training, coaching, record checking, counselling, motivate.
Ensure a positive and collaborative work environment evidentially.
Administrative Operations:
Develop and manage the college budget.
Oversee college facilities and ensure they meet safety and regulatory standards.
Supervise non-academic staff and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
External Relations:
Represent the college to external stakeholders, including accrediting bodies, healthcare institutions, and the community.
Develop and maintain partnerships with hospitals and other healthcare providers to facilitate clinical placements for students.
Foster relationships with alumni and potential donors.
